FAC-PM Level 2 and FAC-COR Level 2 certified with Active TS/SCI clearance. Following are the duties and accomplishments for this position: · Acquisition Project Manager for multiple SBIR Phase III programs in combined value of > $1B · Lead IPTs consisting of Contracting Specialists, Contracting Officers, and other acquisition specialists · Perform the following acquisition functions: · Development of full acquisition packages to include Acquisition Plans, Market Research, IGCEs, PWS/SOO, RFP packages, etc. · Complete management and execution of contracting modifications to include incremental funding, funding/ceiling realignment, administrative, etc. · Funds management and processing to include MIPR obligations, funds returns, etc. · Development of Interagency Agreements with DoD customers · Experience with multiple contract vehicles including IDIQ, Cost, FFP, TOs, TDLs · Daily communication and management to meet customer’s expectations and requirements · Experience with multiple acquisition contract vehicles and innovative solutions

Lead Software Engineer for the MC-130J Common Terrain Following / Terrain Avoidance Radar System (MCTF) Program managed at AFLCMC/WISM Special Operations Forces System Program Office (SPO). Software Engineer for the Wide Area Airborne Surveillance (WAAS) program. The program consisted of technology development efforts with AFRL support to mature relevant technologies applicable to WAAS which included advanced detection and tracking algorithms, high definition EO and IR sensors and FPAs, and test flight activities. Transferred to AFLCMC to lead software subfactor in major source selection. · Lead WAAS Software Engineer at AFLCMC/WINE · Supported various RFP acquisition documentation to include CDD, SEP, LCMP, SRD, and SOW · Supported and managed technology development activities through the AFRL SAFEGARD contract
