I work within the Equity and Incentives practice at Deloitte, with my team being based in Cardiff. I work as an effective and driven generalist in the practice with my abilities and expertise lying across the whole breadth of the E&I offering. I am constantly developing my skills and experience across a wide variety of work and projects, including: - Coordinating and working on a global tax legal due diligence project across 30+ jurisdictions, adhering to a strict budget and performing detailed technical and consistency reviews. - Being a part of the GAIN Go-to-Market team, conducting market research, identifying potential clients and developing our GtM strategy. - Researching and developing quarterly and ad-hoc Global Reward Updates along with exploring and implementing improvements to the process including Generative Engine Optimisation strategies. - Exploring AI opportunities and developing solutions for the entire practice along with leading AI training sessions for the team. - Designing and launching an internal repository for streamlined storage and retrieval of the national practice’s knowledge materials utilising Deloitte’s latest technologies. - Controlled business relationships with third-party legal firms including on-boarding and risk management. - Activating/transitioning clients' tax positions onto GAIN 3.0 system.
