General Manager for Broadway International Group, providing management support to a variety of projects in New York City and around the world. Responsibilities have included: • Managing and overseeing budgets for multi-mullion dollar projects including international tours, immersive installations, and development for first class theatre markets. • Serve as lead manager overseeing staff for individual projects, including associate managers, company managers, and all other heads of department. • Acted as liaison between all internal stakeholders on projects, including press, marketing & advertising, legal, accountants, education, and all other relevant parties. • Negotiate deals with key creatives and their representation. • Manage full scope of financial modeling and payment procedures, which includes oversight of cashflow, monthly accounting reporting, and accounts payable. • Draft and edit complex contracts related to vendor services, royalty participation, rights & IP, and more. • Represent the company and our various projects in working with 3rd party promoters, presenters, and vendors to ensure that brand IP is well protected in different marketing & promotional activities around the world.
Programming Administrator for THE BIG MIX at Little Island, a variety show conceived and directed by Tina Landau. Responsibilities included: • Contracting for every artist involved in the production. • Correspondence with agencies and representation. • Facilitating payments and payment requests. • Generally supporting the programming, finance, and business affairs departments.
Fourth Wall Theatricals is a boutique theatrical agency which co-produces live stage theatrical projects. Most recently represented on Broadway by the Seaview and Sam Gold production of "ROMEO + JULIET".
The Barnstormers Theatre is located in the scenic village of Tamworth, NH, is one of the longest-running professional summer theatres in the country. The company was founded in 1931 by Francis Cleveland, the youngest son of President Grover Cleveland, Francis’s wife Alice and their friend Ed Goodnow – all of whom were involved with theatre on Broadway. Over eighty years later, their legacy continues. Today, The Barnstormers is one of three Equity theatres in New Hampshire and provides the region with brilliant summer theatre. I served as the Interim Artistic Director for the 2021 summer season, which was the reopening season after a dark 2020 COVID pause. We reopened with a beautiful and modern production of Thornton Wilder's OUR TOWN, followed by the world premiere of Danny K. Bernstein's musical FAR FROM CANTERBURY, and closed with a rousing production of James Hindman's POPCORN FALLS. I conceived and produced the first ever education program for local students in the Tamworth area, providing a week long theatrical summer camp experience free of charge to over 20 local students. The Barnstormers also returned to its roots in 2021 and I produced a "Barnstorming Tour" of WAITRESS in concert at multiple locations in the region, including an immersive residency at local Rosie's Diner.
