Leading the EMEA marketing organisation I am responsible for the marketing strategy for EMEA. Managing the Northern & Western Europe marketing organisation I was responsible for marketing execution for the region. Heading up the UKI marketing organisaton I was the key contributor to the regional sales organisation and partner community, where I have complete responsibility for the design and implementation of the regional marketing plan and program for the UK & Ireland. During my time in the role I increased the direct pipeline value by 32% and indirect pipeline by 53%. Responsible to give strategic direction to field marketing teams across EMEA and budget management of the EMEA co marketing funds (DMD) in order to drive marketing campaigns with and through the key resellers and distributors across the region. This role involves being part of the EMEA Marketing Management team as well as the EMEA Channel Sales Management team. As Partner Marketing Manager I headed up the channel marketing for the UK and I was solely responsible for managing and executing Sitecore’s UK partner marketing program and joint marketing campaigns in line with Sitecore’s global partner marketing strategy. I worked with Partner Engagement teams and partners to plan, develop, and implement integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels including events, email, direct marketing, social media and additional digital channels designed to meet Sitecore's business goals.
