As Vanguard's global chief risk officer, I'm responsible for overseeing our global risk and security functions for our more than 50 million investors. Previously, I was head of Vanguard's Equity Index Group, chief investment officer of the Asia Pacific region, a director of Vanguard Investments Australia, and head of Vanguard's Portfolio Review Department. After earning a B.A. in economics from Fairfield University, I received an M.S. degree in finance from Drexel University. I’m also a graduate of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program and a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
