Joe Brady joined ExecHQ for several years as a Fractional CFO / COO. Before starting ExecHQ and his own practice, Joe was the Chief Operating Officer for 15 years at Cutting Dynamics, Inc. in Avon, OH. He was responsible for the end-to-end operation including manufacturing, quality, customer service, engineering, and supply chain. Joe was known with his management and leadership abilities working with employees, suppliers, and customers. Throughout his tenure, he fostered many supplier and customer relationships especially the aerospace industries in a demanding marketplace. Prior to joining CDI, Joe ran his own management consulting firm, Brady and Associates. He worked with many teams designing and implementing systems including succession issues, re-organizing divisions, and Enterprise Resource Planning software systems. His clients included Hy Level Industries, Kirkwood Industries, and Keihin, part of Honda. Previous his own business practice, Joe worked at Price Waterhouse, providing Management Advisory Services with small companies. Joe’s Educational background includes a bachelor’s degree from the Business School at Miami University and Joe is an active Certified Public Accountant from the State of Ohio.
