Most of my adult life I have been a peace, human rights and disarmament activist. Additionally I have taught at various points in my life, the most recent being at the Graduate College of Social Work at the University of Houston
Organization of six of the seven women recipients of the Nobel Peace Prize today -- Aung San Suu Kyi cannot join as she is still under house arrest in Burma -- with a mind to using access and influence they have to support/advance/spotlight the work of women's organizations around the world working for peace with justice and equality.
