- Provide all round HR supports, mainly in Compensation and Benefits functions - Preparing first and final payment, full set monthly payroll, MPF contributions and administration, taxation filing, administration of group medical insurance for around 300 full time and part time headcounts
- Perform full spectrum of C & B function, handle payroll matters such as first and final payment, monthly payroll, commission calculations, MPF contributions, administration of group medical insurance, taxation filling for around 150 full time and part time frontline retail staff
- Responsible for tasks throughout the end-to-end payroll processing cycle for HK offices (around 500 headcounts) - Perform and handle all payroll functions including but not limited to monthly payroll, final payment, P-fund (MPF and ORSO) administration, annual tax filing and leave calculation etc. - Monitor and work closely with payroll vendor, manage all payroll activities to produce accurate and timely delivery of payroll services - Prepare monthly accounting payroll journals, payment acquisitions and month end reports - Assist in preparing various analysis, quarterly forecast, annual & budgeting reports for management review - Work closely with the insurance broker for benefit administration including member movement of Group Medical Plan, P-fund administration, enquirers from members concerning company’s insurance benefits etc.
- Perform full spectrum of C & B functions including payroll, leave and attendance management, staff benefit administration, MPF contributions, administration of group medical insurance and taxation issue for around 250 permanent, contract and part-time staff
- Perform full spectrum of C & B function, preparing first & final payment, full set monthly payroll, MPF contributions and admin, attendance and leave record, taxation filling and group medical insurance administration for around 100 full time back office staff
