The way we work has fundamentally changed—but most organizations are still operating on outdated assumptions. I work with global leaders to close that gap. As a strategic and transformational leader, I help organizations align work, workforce, and workplace to unlock performance. My experience at Arcadis (CallisonRTKL) and HOK positioned me at the forefront of rethinking how physical space, digital experience, and organizational strategy come together. My work sits at a unique intersection—bringing an integrative, systems-level perspective to: Business strategy — how organizations operate and grow Real estate & portfolio optimization — how assets create value Human experience — how people perform at their best I’m known for bringing an insightful and human-centered approach to complex challenges—helping executive teams navigate ambiguity and make confident, high-impact decisions. I advise leaders on some of their most pressing questions: How do we design work models that truly enable performance? How do we reduce cost while improving effectiveness? How do we create environments that support innovation, connection, and focus? How do we turn real estate into a strategic lever—not just a line item? I don’t see workplace as a function—I see it as a strategic system. As an influential advisor, I focus on connecting vision to execution—ensuring that strategy translates into how work actually happens across the organization. The organizations that get this right will outperform. Those that don’t will carry unnecessary cost, friction, and missed opportunity. I’m particularly interested in working with leaders who are ready to challenge legacy thinking and build what comes next. During my free time, I enjoy chasing my daughter, long walks on the beach, being judged by the cats, and working off some stress at yoga or on a long walk in town. Areas of Focus: Future of Work | Enterprise Transformation | Portfolio Strategy | Workplace Experience | Change Leadership | Human-Centered Design
