Main Duties and Responsibilities: -Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives across the UK and Nordic markets. -Lead the planning and delivery of customer events, partner programmes and industry exhibitions. -Project Lead for Sennheiser's presence at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE), managing our largest show budget and exhibition project from concept through to on-site delivery. -Lead the planning and execution of other major events, coordinating multiple international stakeholders, agencies and suppliers. -Manage marketing budgets, forecasting and financial reporting to ensure effective investment and commercial return. -Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Global Marketing and strategic alliance partners to deliver integrated marketing initiatives. -Drive partner marketing activity with key channel partners and technology alliances, including joint campaigns and events. -Build and maintain relationships with distributors, customers, media partners and industry organisations. -During 2025, provided maternity cover for the EMEA Marketing Manager role, by managing Regional Marketing Managers across Europe and ensuring alignment with global marketing priorities while maintaining UK & Nordic responsibilities.
-Assisting with customer quotations and opportunities using Sugar CRM. - Manage data quality -Organising and managing demo equipment and export shipments. -Contributing and helping trade marketing. -Running & managing reports on internal systems that benefit ASMs and BDMs. - Managing customer needs and be a first point of contact for pre-sales enquiries. - Contributing to the development of B2B relationships.
Responsibilities • Customer service for trade accounts within UK. • Placing and managing high value orders • Train new starters • Co-ordinate export shipments and manage all chamber of commerce certificate of origin applications • Answering and assisting in all queries received from both business customers and end-users, via phone, email or our internal enquiry system • Handling of customer complaints and RMA processes. • Provide professional and efficient support to customers whilst working closely with multiple channels within the business.
Responsibilities: • Dealing with complaints, queries & requests from customers. • Hiring equipment • Training new staff • Raising 15-20 tasks a day and managing these efficiently by chasing engineers and escalating where appropriate.
