I work as an intermediary between qualified buyers, sellers, and their representatives, with an emphasis on clear communication, process discipline, and documentation readiness. • Facilitate buyer and seller-side engagements in oil & gas and energy commodities through structured introductions and ongoing coordination. • Source and qualify counterparties in alignment with basic commercial parameters, product specifications, and transaction procedures. • Review Seller Corporate Offers (SCOs) for completeness and internal consistency; identify missing elements prior to onward circulation. • Coordinate transaction documentation flow, including NDA/NCNDA, ICPO, SCO, LOI, and related procedural requirements, as appropriate. • Support communication between senior brokers, mandates, trading desks, and buyer/seller representatives to reduce friction and improve process clarity. • Conduct market research and deal origination activities across multiple regions, tracking market dynamics and active opportunities. • Maintain disciplined adherence to standard procedures while continuously improving process fluency across common transaction structures.
