After 20 years of nursing I have found a great way to give back to the profession. Working with students as they start their career allows me to use all of my experience in leadership, business and communication. While I still have a deep love for NICU and complex chronic pediatric patients, I am learning to give that spark for those patients to the next generation. Nursing is and always will be an art and passion that requires every bit of you as a person and a professional.
