I set this business up myself by myself. I started off by distributing flyers to local business and door to door. Within a couple of weeks I had regular clients with roles ranging from dog walking to holiday sitting ad everything in-between. This is my first personal venter, I have always loved animals and thought about doing pet care.
I worked as a live in carer for a high level client in The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. Day and night care as needed. my duties involved. Food preparation and domestic tasks ordering and buying of house hold food and cleaning products. Assist with the ordering, colleting and administering medication as required and prescribed. Personal daily care routine. Daily exercise. Companionship. Encouragement, give confidence and reassure.
Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, heling guests choose menu items. guiding through all drink and food menu options. taking orders. making guests feel taken care off.
Started employment here offering daytime care for an elderly couple as well as some night shifts as and when required. following the death of one of the clients i took full time employment as a live in carer and provided palliative care for both clients until they unfortunately passed away.
