Sr. Talent Acquisition Lead - NA Commercial & Global Commercial Operations • Execute full life cycle recruitment to meet staffing goals within the North America Commercial Operations & Global Commercial Development organization. • Recruit and hire for various roles, up to the executive level, by developing strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR Op’s and colleagues to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process • Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms. Act as the liaison between the third-party and the hiring manager • Source talent for key open positions and proactively builds talent pipelines for future mission critical and strategic needs, as well as provides guidance for all talent research activities • Partner with HR Ops. & Legal in developing basic awareness & skills training on Diversity as it relates to our over-all Business Compliance, Affirmative Action Plans and Recruitment Efforts. • Developed external partner engagement management approach and framework; Improved, the North America sales hiring process and outcomes by effectively managing RPO provider and process. Established and implemented SLA’s, HM Customer Satisfaction Surveys with Sales RPO partner. • Serve as Americas Team Lead & Brand Steward for Talent Marketing & Branding initiatives.
• Manage the delivery of talent acquisition services for corporate operations across, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Client Services, and Executive level positions. • Develop and implement innovative strategic and tactical recruiting programs to proactively build candidate pipelines for strategic hiring needs using a variety search methods with a focus on creative sourcing, identifying active and passive candidates, generating marketplace knowledge, and pipeline development. • Develop and lead college recruitment program that includes; building strategic relationships with universities and student associations in the region with regards to graduate recruitment and internships.
•Managed and provided leadership to a team of 15-17 recruiting resources. Coach, mentor and develop team. Hold team accountable for performance and results. Use meaningful staffing data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in quality, speed and cost. •Lead and participate as part of a recruiting team servicing a defined group of business talent acquisition needs across corporate functional areas; Sales, Marketing, Public Affairs, and IT in US & Canada. •Manage and execute College Recruitment candidate selection and offer process for DuPont’s Marketing Leadership Development Program & Commercial Development Program both interns and full service hires. •Deliver Talent Acquisition strategy for client groups, inclusive of business/market insights, pipelining talent, workforce planning, interview training, and recruiting strategies and resources. •Consistently build trusting relationships with internal clients i.e. hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leadership by showing commitment to results, responsiveness and thought leadership. Develop and maintain an internal and external network including recruiters, agencies, professional organizations, and associations in order to help identify and source qualified candidates.
•Accountable to Executive Leadership for the strategic direction and tactical execution of all staffing solutions for the Construction Products Division. Directly support the recruitment of Key Management and Executive positions. •Successfully serviced 7 business units in North America (US and Canada) during industry downturn creatively managing recruitment costs associated with acquiring and retaining talent. •Championed and executed Centralized Staffing Strategy, managing recruitment staff and partnering with HR Business Unit Leaders, General Managers and hiring managers to execute on talent acquisition and redeployment.
