With Pricefx refocusing on specific industries, I took over responsibility for spearheading the company's growth in the professionalization of the B2C market channel. This includes pure players, Omnichannel B2C companies as well as B2B companies, growing out their B2C sales channel. In this role, I strategically evaluated market segmentation, TAM, TSM, and TOM as well as SWOT analysis, and built out a catalog of current market trends and challenges with prescriptive out-of-the-box modeling of solutions to be deployed with existing and new clients. I supported to broad partner network of Pricefx, including powerhouses, such as SAP, PWC, and Bain. Speaking at conferences with a focus on B2C and D2C, supporting strategic sales engagements as a subject matter expert.
With Pricefx entering a phase of scaling and smart growth, I helped Pricefx to grow the solution consulting (Presales) in EMEA with my expertise and leadership qualities from a one-man army to a multi-cultural team of five highly educated and skilled headcounts. As a perceived subject matter expert in pricing for B2C and B2B companies, contributed significantly to the external market perspective on Pricefx, specifically representing the company at 15+ conferences, hosting 30+ webinars, and delivering 50+ thought leadership articles, being published on the website, in trade magazines and external platforms. During this time, I still individually contributed to +60 net new logos and expansions.
Supporting Pricefx in building out and developing a strategic approach to sales and presales. Engaging with clients during the sales process and using my business and technical understanding to build out recommended project visions, scopes and delivery requirements. Speaking at conferences, such as the PPS, EPP, NYPS, Manufacturing Pricing Excellence, and others as a thought leader on various topics, such as change management, omni channel pricing, AI and ML in pricing, and others.
Project related occupation, varying from software implementation projects, strategic consultancy, specifically for B2C pricing projects and B2B pricing software integration. Successfully owning and accomplishing strategic projects, such as building webshops for clients with the end-to-end process, fulfillment, finance, and controlling management. Implementing Pricefx SaaS for B2B and B2C customers under time and budget.
Inhouse consultant, responsible as a rollout manager of the “Pricing Software” product, specifically for Austria and Italy. Management of workshops for all MediaSaturn countries, individualization and general development of the algorithms, as well as professional and technical responsibility for the implementation of the project. Key account for contracts with external data providers. Management of big data calculations such as elasticity values and net net cost calculations for economic analysis and pricing.
Accompanying project management of MediaSaturn online as an external consultant. Support of the MultiChannel Excellence product “Pricing Software”. Development of logical processes, implementation, test management, and training of users of the German national company.
