Verantwortlich für rund 300 Mitarbeitende in einer anspruchsvollen Führungsfunktion mit Fokus auf Effizienz, strategische Weiterentwicklung und Leadership. Die Hauptaufgaben gliedern sich in drei Kernbereiche: - Strategische Führung: Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie im Verantwortungsbereich, Budgetplanung sowie Steuerung der personal- und kulturbezogenen Entwicklung – einschließlich Initiativen wie Digitalisierung und Lean Management. - Operatives Management: Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen, Sicherstellung der Zielverfolgung (KPIs) sowie Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltschutzvorschriften. - Schnittstellenmanagement: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Werksleitung, Controlling und Betriebsrat sowie internationales Networking mit weiteren Produktionsstandorten zur Förderung des Wissensaustauschs und der Integration globaler Best Practices.

Responsible for all operational activities (Supply Chain, Production, Engineering and Service) and the coordination of the communication between operations and commercial area. Implementing/Improving process documentation (also including ERP/MRP). Increasing and stabilizing monthly turnover +15%. Reduction of lead times. Improving On Time Delivery from about 65% to about 90%.
Managing all operational activities in industrial valve manufacturing such as machining, assembling, testing, special painting, planning, warehousing, shipping,maintenance, technical-assistance. Responsible for Industrial Operation, optimization of material flow from supplier until customer, leading projects to guarantee company goals such as revenue and on time delivery. Adaption of production processes in order to comply with Oil & Gas requirements (Petrobras). Implementation of an ERP-System (Totvs)
