Responsible for Nedap’s Middle East operations, leading the Dubai office and overseeing sales, marketing and support activities across the region. Key achievements • Established clear market strategies and commercial focus for priority countries across the Middle East. • Strengthened alignment between sales, marketing and technical support functions. • Expanded the regional presence by opening a new office in Dubai and initiating the establishment of Nedap Arabia in Riyadh. • Won the second largest contract in the history of Nedap’s security business. • Delivered sustained double-digit growth (CAGR) over five years, making the Middle East the best performing territory within Nedap’s global security operations. Heading our Global Consultant Program, dedicated to supporting security and engineering consultants in identifying the optimal security solutions for their clients. Built and led a team of four international security professionals, and fully redesigned the program while developing a clear strategy for targeting and engaging consultants. The team provided expert guidance on security management, access control, and intrusion detection systems, equipping consultants to advise major end-users internationally.
