Heineken Sustainability Report 2015 & 2016: - Responsible for writing the Country Report for Algeria, "Brewing a Better Future" reporting of six sustainability indicators, in cooperation with regional and global teams - Responsible for organizing a UNESCO Water Stakeholder Event of 4-days, 47-people in Oran, Algeria, transferring knowledge and data on water catchment area and groundwater improvement, resulting in a 12-points agreement between participants, for collective projects and investments. - Local Sourcing of malt, by planning the cultivation of barley in North-Africa, through calculating the total water use and co2 reductions for the large scale supply of malt to local breweries. - Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) Operational set-up preparation, for an Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket receiving effluent from 2 companies in Rouiba (Algeria). - Compliance verification of effluent quality (T, pH, DCP, TSS) by reviewing laboratory results. Effluent volume predictions by using brewery master plan and updating flow meter points. Analyzing flows for two companies into a single flow prediction of quality and quantity, proposing monitoring framework to mitigate liability conflicts in a bilateral contract.
