I am a coach and consultant specialized in HR and organizational development, using the full range of HR and OD processes. As a coach I help individuals, teams, and groups discover and reveal their greatest potential as they navigate critical transitions. I believe in linking development and interventions to your core activities for continuous learning - critical in a time of rapid organizational transformation. Both as an independent coach/consultant and in corporate HR functions, I have addressed challenges including performance management, talent management, leadership development, engagement, diversity, and competency development. I have designed and delivered tools, processes, and interventions to meet the needs of clients and business partners. • My coaching and facilitation work uses creative and pragmatic techniques to support individuals and groups as they pursue their ever-more challenging goals. These may include personal development, career transitions, team vision-building, or collective intelligence. An accredited ICF (PCC) coach, I am also certified to train facilitators and lead co-development groups and administer MBTI and have used both extensively with individuals and groups. I am currently exploring tools such as Process Work for large-group facilitation. • In my leadership development work, at Hay Group (Korn Ferry) and Société Générale I used a full range of approaches and skills: innovation, coaching, competency analysis and assessment design, 360° design and debrief, group facilitation, feedback processes, leadership and potential assessment. • In job design I have used both traditional tools such as job description and job weighting and job family approaches. • At Société Générale I worked both in management and expert roles which always included change management and organization development components (merging teams, creating and rolling out new policies, implementing and accompanying organization transformation). The nature of this work has evolved toward supporting constant transformation in constrained VUCA environments. Other experiences include marketing and recruiting for the Insead MBA program and running my own business in technical writing and translation for several years.
