I lead a Software Development Competence Centre in Portugal, managing a team of engineers and delivery professionals serving German enterprise clients. Before this, I spent seven years as a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting, leading technology transformation programmes for clients including the UK Home Office, NHS Wales, the Civil Aviation Authority, NS&I, Astellas, Paysafe, the University of Nottingham, and the University of Manchester.
