Strategy & Consulting, Capital Markets & Wealth Management Led the strategic and regulatory review of an Asian Global Private Bank's pricing policy and control processes. This involved conducting workshops with senior management to identify current process gaps and define new target operating model. Led the vendor assessment for a bilateral agreement and pricing management tool – including business requirement documentation, functional requirement specification, facilitation of vendor demos and vendor scoring. Performed budget presentations to senior stakeholders for the global implementation of the vendor solution, covering a 5-year Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) amounting to c.$3milion.
Analytics Centre of Excellence, Business Solutions Team Led DBS Vickers Institutional Business across SG & HK in harnessing data across trade, customer relationship management and research consumption platforms to provide a holistic view on clients and generate sales leads. Consulted within the Human Resource space. Part of the pilot team to develop and implement the Bank's new Data Driven Operating Model (DDOM) framework. Conducted exploratory data analysis to identify high impact opportunity areas for driving internal mobility. Managed the development of HR’s DDOM QlikView dashboard (requirement gathering, data sourcing & ER modelling). Conduct business rituals with talent acquisition teams to inculcate data in tactical & strategic decision making.
Institutional Banking Group, Digital Transformation & Data Part of the data team within Institutional Banking Operations Group. Managed a project to implement machine learning solutions to detect fraudulent transactions. Assisted the lead data scientist with exploratory data analysis and feature engineering. Co-create & implemented an inaugural data learning program aimed to upskill 1900 employees within the Group.
Analytics Centre of Excellence, Business Solutions Team Consulted within the Consumer Banking space. Co-created an end-to-end strategy for the Singapore digital servicing portfolio to migrate 5 million inbound calls to digital self-service platforms. Led A/B testing experimentation that yielded $300K in transaction recovery within a two month timeframe. Utilized topic modelling and recommender systems to provide personalized digital services to customers.
Division of Organization Planning & Performance, Strategy Management & Analytics My key achievement in this role involved spearheading the hospital's inaugural strategy review. This involved planning and facilitating workshops with top executives and the CEO to review the hospital's strategy map and balanced scorecard. I have also conducted annual budget exercises and supported in daily healthcare data reporting.
