Effectively manage all administrative duties Complete claims pre-assessment process and respond to issues raised appropriately • Ensure all relevant claim information is logged and scanned against the appropriate risks. • Type letters (using Microsoft word) as and when required, maintaining regulatory service levels • Keep all logs and spread sheets updated regularly (Microsoft excel) • Ensure files are actioned within service levels agreed • Medically assess claims • Process claims in an efficient and timely manner keeping third parties updated on progress • Ensure all claims queries/complaints are dealt with in accordance with FSA requirements • Ensure business performance targets are met at all times • Contribute to a successful audit score • Work closely with colleagues in understanding and securing the key performance indicators for the business i.e. claims processed within 5 days
