The AA has been my place of work since school and has taught me everything I know. A companies culture and values is the most important aspect of any job. They will help you learn to be resilient, adaptable and always strive to be the best you can be. As a Performance Leader, I drive the culture within my team to make them the best version of themselves which will filter down to their teams. I always lead by example and would never expect a team member to do something I wouldn't do myself.
