Experience in mental health and commissioning project planning and support. Qualification within Psychology, Public Health and Fitness has provided me with a robust skill base in applying mental health promotion practices within a community setting. Experience across the lifespan (from ages 5 until adulthood) across various presentations including anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, trauma, neurodiversity (ASD/ADHD), stress/burnout, relationship breakdown. Special area interests within high performance sports (mindset for competition, performance anxiety, loss of motivation, injury grief, team dynamics) as well as health psychology (eating disorders, body dysmorphia, weight loss/gain, exercise addiction). Currently signed with AFLW sporting team to support mental wellbeing and athletic performance for players.
