Coordination the implementation of strategic HR processes and activities within the Operations and Support Functions (ICT, Sourcing, Finance, HR and Communication). Translating business strategy into a business specific HR-approach, interpretation of HR policies, procedures, laws and standards. Supporting managers in employee`s lifecycle: recruitment, hiring, onboarding, promotions, transfers & offboarding. Collaboration with HR Operations to provide high level of HR services. Structuring compensation and benefit packages, analyzing trends and HR metrics. Leading initiative that built trust, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness and workforce productivity. Supporting performance improvement, team development, culture development, organizational changes.
Conducting recruitment projects (job description, candidate profiles, selection, competence interviews, personality tests) Coordination of the annual performance evaluation processes Coordination of the personnel development processes (examination of training needs, trainings coordination and evaluation) In-house language courses organization Labor market monitoring Employer branding Internships program for students. Annual personnel survey (organization, follow-up).
