Leading international Team of Supply Planners and Launch-Relaunch Coordinators, responsible for operational steering of Third Party Manufacturers in Europe (3PMs), producing and delivering Finished Goods to Beiersdorf European Distribution Centers (HUBs). Definition and execution of 3PM Performance Management program in Europe. Ensuring timely delivery of finished goods from 3PMs to HUBs. Demand planning of several categories of NIVEA, Hansaplast and Bambino Brands for Poland and Baltics and coordination of supplies from all BDF production centers and 3PM suppliers for Poland, Baltics and Central Eastern Europe markets. Short and long term forecasting based on sales analyses, market data and close cooperation with Sales, Marketing and directly with biggest Customers. Maximizing M3 & M1 Forecast Accuracy and optimizing Forecast Bias. Usage of APO DP, EPP & SNP, SAP MD maintenance, PLIR and history correction. Promotion planning and new products forecasting, including L/RL coordination and leftovers management. Safety stock management, responsible for optimal stock coverage on handled categories. Active participation in S&OP process for Poland and Baltic markets for short and midterm business planning (12M horizon). Responsible for following KPIs: Service Level, Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, stock coverage.
