Jobs responsibilites include: - performing billing, collection, bank & Corporate Store cash reconciliations for store-loats & online cash payments; - overviewing of the Cash-reconciliation from the CS storefloats and online cash; - processing bank statements, booking Petty Cash, Inventories, wages, rent, IT charges and reclassing the costs; - responsible for month-end activities such as closing AR subledger and IC balance confirmation; - communicating with both external and internal stakeholders within the SSC, Purchase and Customers in both English and German; - researching customer inquiries and providing quality customer service; - identifying recommendations for improved and proposed AR processes; - working in different systems - Microsoft Navision, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pulse, Blackline, BI Reports and Medius. Job responsibilities include: - cooperating with stakeholders from Supply Chain Finance, FP&A and GP Managers in order to collect all necessary data regarding material pricing, volumes, commodity changes, coverages for tracked materials, market specific trends etc; - providing rolling monthly forecasts which involve collecting, processing, validating and analysing complex financial data in order to identify main drivers of PPV for raw materials and provide accurate COC explanations; - preparing AOP plan which includes calculations of prices and volumes for the upcoming year; - reviewing and validating productivity project proposals, recommending the projects that need to be brought forward and ensuring that all of these projects meet appropriate guidelines and are compliant with the GP-established productivity framework; - creating relevant documentation for all the above processes and updating if the need arises; - carrying out ad-hoc analyses and financial modelling to support decision-making across various markets and materials; - working in different systems - Mosaic (IBM TM1), Alteryx apps and PowerSteering. Billing Analyst in the European Shared Services Center located in Kraków. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: analyzing data and information in order to efficiently process invoices and payments, input data into systems, act as point of escalation for billing issues, ensuring data is exported timely and accurately, developing and maintaining billing processes and procedures, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and maintaining standards of professionalism of AgileOne by consistently providing a high level of customer service. Job responsibilities include: - core elements of OtC, PtP, RtR and area of Data Analysis; - creating, maintaining, processing and analyzing data in MS Excel; - working in various systems - SAP Ariba, ERP, VMS and Zoho ticketing system; - contacting onsite teams and internal & external stakeholders both in English and German; - invoicing clients and vendors; - reconciling accounts; - reporting aged invoices; - reviewing, researching and clearing any client ‘unapplied’ amounts; - verifying summaries with vendors and resolving any noted discrepancies; - assisting as needed with verification of employee timecards and communication with the vendors regarding discrepancies noted; - reviewing the on-site adjustment requests for pertinence and accuracy.
