Team Leader at Yankee Candle Consumer Service supporting consumers and online store customers from the United Kingdom, Italy, France and Germany. Roles and responsibilities: - Support Consumer Service Representatives and Supervisor, - delegate tasks and set deadlines, - oversee day-to-day operation, - monitor team performance and report it to the Supervisor and Manager - motivate team members - discover training needs, - provide product and system training to new team members, - take over escalations.
- Support consumers from French and Spanish markets - creative problem solving, - entering orders, - answering product questions, - processing warranty claims, - providing pricing information, - replying to other incoming email and phone inquiries.
- Answer customer's product inquiries, - cooperate with other internal departments: technical and production planning department, - prepare and supervising offers, - establish a good customer relationship - represent brand at international trade shows
