• Global Product Ownership of Swissport’s corporate standard training materials used to onboard and train employees worldwide (60 000 employees) as well as function-specific Passenger Services training (20 000 employees) • Content creation • Quality management and updates • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and corporate policies

I was in charge of coordinating training courses for external stakeholders in Asia Pacific area (US$ 1m worth of courses). Training coordination comprised various tasks from course logistics to managing customer relationship. I liaised on daily basis with global pool of customers and provided advice on suitable training solutions in various domains of aviation (airline operations, airline business, travel & tourism, cargo, security, safety, airports, ground handling etc.). Promotional activities, business development, sales and strengthening customer relations made part of my day-to-day job.
