- Manage the study start up, conduct and close out phase of a clinical trial - Work with the internal team and vendors to establish appropriate study processes to ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations - Coordinate with all relevant groups to develop the clinical protocol, study plans and timelines - Support selection of CROs and other vendors - Ensure quality and adherence to the relevant SOPs, GCP, regulatory guidelines and working practices - Scope, timeline and budget management - Risk assessment
- Track team deliverables for project completion - Monitor budget and resources allocation - Define the strategy for product launch and expansion for global market - Coordination of the Project Core Team and extended teams to ensure the team keeps the project on track and delivers to commitments
- Implement marketing strategies in the Cardiometabolic and Orthopedic areas - Be responsible for providing information based on scientific evidence, using techniques of clear and objective communication - Direct support for medical activities, providing technical knowledge about relevant medicines for good clinical practice - Be in touch with pharmacovigilance and quality departments, reporting adverse events and product complaints - Market analysis, by doing SWOT analysis and knowing the market dynamics – Reporting to the Marketing Department
