I am a motivated Marketing CRM Manager responsible for setting marketing automation strategies and implementing them and consulting our marketing and sales teams for best practices. My expertise is mainly in the field of managing marketing automation platforms like Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot and I have a good working knowledge of WordPress, CRM (Salesforce), WebEx & GoToWebinar, and I have a basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. * Working on the marketing automation strategies and their execution to support our sales and marketing goals in lead generation and qualification. * Performing audits and ongoing optimization of current processes and setting up new ones (е.g. new preference center, maintaining the data quality). * Re-design of email tamplates * Part of the initiative to enhance and rebuild the email preference center * Supporting and executing email campaigns. * Part of the digital marketing team for the Verdict and VMS brands, which are part of Global Data. * Participated in the project to move our marketing assets and processes from Pardot to Hubspot.
Leading the execution of strategic campaigns across EMEA & UKI while working closely with stakeholders across 8+ key markets: * Creating assets for the campaigns in Eloqua; * Campaign execution; * Providing campaign performance reports; * Building the target customer and lead segments; * Creating and maintaining Eloqua landing pages; * Creation & implementation of a new Lead scoring model; * Strategy and implementation of new lead nurture programs; * Coordinating and hosting the monthly webinars for the pan-EMEA region; * Providing trainings and support for the GoToWebinar platform; * Creating and updating content on WordPress; Marketing automation platform - Eloqua
