- End-to-end recruitment for the Madrid and Barcelona offices. - Managing induction programmes. - Employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, corporate presentations, social media, brochures, and videos. - Coordinating events aimed at attracting and engaging early-career talent. - Driving operational excellence by optimising talent acquisition processes to improve efficiency and the candidate experience. - Managing Global Mobility in Spain: coordinating and overseeing secondments, and supporting the relocation and integration of international talent within the firm. - Contributing to regional projects across Talent Acquisition and Training & Development. - Talent acquisition systems, including Taleo and Workday; lead user in SmartRecruiters. - Member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee in Spain.
