About 28 years of experience in development, product management, consulting and training area mainly for Scheer GmbH, SAP AG and xft GmbH in different roles and responsibilities thereby about 20 years leading teams. Currently Joachim is Head of two SAP Competence Centers: Supply Chain Management and Sales & Customer Experience for the consulting company Scheer GmbH. Further responsibilities in the past: product manager for Innoface AG, Consulting Head for xft GmbH, at SAP: managing development projects (Records & Case Management), software maintenance projects (Financials, Logistics, ...), organization and ramp-up of a new department in the areas of the new Application Platform and SAP Business ByDesign. Product management, training and consulting mainly in SAP's technology area (Business Process Technology, Workflow, Document Management, Records Management, ...). This includes partner managent and (pre-)sales activities. Presented SAP topics at international conferences, author of the Book "SAP Records Management" published by SAP Press. Successfully filed European and US patent for SAP. Specialties: responsible for process definition according to international standards (ITIL), presented SAP topics at international conferences, presentations on business software engineering topics at German Universities (Fachhochschule, Berufsakademie), active contribution to workgroups of DSAG (German SAP User Community).

Responsibility for driving consulting projects together with SAP customers in the area of Records & Case Management, Document Management, Workflow (Business Process Management) together with a team of consultants at xft GmbH in Germany. As a Development Project Manager I contribute to organize the development support for SAP Business ByDesign.
Resposonsibility for a development team as a line manager. Currently also project lead for other development projects. I'm also still responsible as a product manager for this topic.
