My career has always centred around people. For over 20 years, I worked as a nursery school teacher, a role that taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of nurturing every individual’s potential. Today, I bring those same values into my work in the charity sector, supporting elderly people living with dementia, children going through difficult times, and individuals from underrepresented communities. I’m passionate about creating meaningful experiences, offering support where it’s needed most, and making sure people feel seen and valued. I’m family‑orientated, community‑minded, and motivated by the belief that kindness can change lives. Currently working within British Gymnastics Foundation, where I lead and support programmes including Limitless, Inspirational Experiences and Love to Move. My role includes programme planning, budget management, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, event delivery and cross-functional collaboration. I bring a strong background in leadership, having managed frontline teams in hospitality and education settings, with experience in rota planning, supervision, service delivery and people development. Known for being organised, proactive and approachable, I enjoy building strong working relationships and helping programmes grow from concept to successful delivery.
