About

I’m a provisionally registered Psychologist and degree-qualified Nutritionist with a passion for supporting children, young people, and families through key developmental transitions. My interests span perinatal and infant mental health, child development, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive practice. With experience across clinical, community, and not-for-profit settings, I bring a relational, evidence-informed approach to psychological support. I’ve worked with parents and caregivers in the early years, supported children with developmental concerns (including Autism, ADHD, and anxiety), and collaborated with educators and health professionals to promote wellbeing in families from diverse backgrounds. Currently working toward general registration with AHPRA (5+ 1 pathway), I’m particularly interested in roles focused on early intervention, assessment, and school-based mental health. My long-term goal is to help create safe, inclusive environments where children can thrive and caregivers feel truly supported, because when we support families, we strengthen whole communities.

I provided reflective supervision and practice leadership to a multidisciplinary team of 11 staff, drawing on psychological principles to support both staff wellbeing and high-quality, child-centred service delivery. All programs were grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and developmentally appropriate approaches, with a strong emphasis on safety, inclusion, and systemic awareness. In addition, I led Communicare’s Emergency Relief program, coordinating wraparound support for families facing financial hardship and facilitating referrals to mental health and social services as part of an integrated, holistic response.
