I have 15+ years’ experience managing interdisciplinary teams in developing digital solutions for Marketing-, Business- and IT-driven projects. I have been working with teams from different industries on a local, European and global level in Germany as well as abroad. On projects, I am usually taking a role as Consultant or Project Lead. Developing or optimising a digital business case drives me; but most importantly I want to solve the problem at hand. A clear vision, well-organised processes and clever usage of technology are my key factors to success. In my current role, I have a focus on building strong, self-organised teams by establishing trustful relationships and encouraging individual development. Driving the digital transformation of a Marketing approval workflow from process documentation and requirement definition to request-for-proposal and selection. Project Lead on implementing a new customer service-software, consolidating national and regional processes as well as integrating Social Media-channels. As Product Owner of the MarketService, relaunch with improvements in interface compatibility and content management-usability
Consulting new and established clients in the process of digital transformation with a vision- and business case-driven approach. Adopting agile project methods and establishing a Product Owner-like mind-set in Account Management teams. Successfully set a reference case for supporting a product roll-out with accompanying change management activities.
Setup a bridgehead in Prague after winning ŠKODA AUTO a.s.; recruiting, training and leading the Account Management-Team in Prague. Established the client relationship defining and implementing key processes with the client and his agency network of ATL-, CRM- and Media-agencies. Managed the campaign implementation with creative and technology teams in Prague and Hamburg.
Strategic consulting of a brand-driven re-launch of the international website of Carl Zeiss AG. Developed a roll-out strategy for a new usability and design concept into all companies in the Carl Zeiss Group worldwide. Led a team of 4 Account Managers implementing the strategy with internal and external teams.
E-Plus: successful development of the client relationship and extension of the account through additional projects Definition of the strategic vision for the brand BASE, visualisation for the stationary and mobile websites and breakdown in implementation phases. Project management of the conceptual and creative implementation and regular adjustment to strategic vision. Development of an UGC-supported marketing concept and project management of the implementation and integration in the BASE-website and additional channels.
