Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg, Luxembourg
I am a social scientist and microdata specialist with multiple years of experience in cross-national data harmonisation, inequality research, and comparative social policy analysis. Since 2011, I have held various roles at the LIS Cross-National Data Center in Luxembourg and currently serve as Data Team Manager. In this position, I oversee the ex-post harmonisation of income surveys, household budget surveys, and administrative data. My work covers the full data harmonisation workflow, including the development of data production programs, quality assurance processes, and the creation of consistency tables and visualisations that support high-quality comparative research across countries. This work closely aligns with my academic background and research interests, particularly in pension systems and their outcomes for older populations, as well as in the comparative analysis of welfare states and labour market policies. I am always interested in building cross-national collaborations that bring together expertise in academic writing, data management, and data visualisation to advance comparative social research. Feel free to connect if you are working in social policy, comparative welfare research, microdata harmonisation, or inequality studies.
