Program/change management
Mobilizing transition in the (transaction and restructuring) banking industry. Organizing & leading execution of large and complex programs/projects ensuring timely delivery and implementation of long-lasting results. I have done this in several (leadership) roles: as project/program manager, interim manager, management consultant and Lead Product Owner. Key is to have a clear understanding of the ‘why’ in order to determine the ‘what’ and ‘how’. Easy said, but in large(r) organisations difficult to get clarity on - this is where I bring my expertise by creating a clear plan and structure including an overview of key deliverables which are agreed with all stakeholders.
Project manager responsible to deliver the workflow management tool for client (related) data in EMEA and USA ensuring to have one single view of a client globally (correct, up-to-date and complete). E2E responsibility included: Managing the project team, scoping, business analysis, (senior) stakeholder management, chairing bi-weekly steerco’s and management reporting/information.
