Designing End to end AI editing experiences for Atlassian’s editor AI platform team spanning surfaces across Confluence and Jira. I lead designs on proactive AI suggestions and content transformations directly into the writing experience to help teams create, review and keep documents up to date. My work explores AI-native interaction patterns and editorial workflows, shaping how intelligent suggestions and AI agents support the full lifecycle of creating and refining knowledge at scale.
Lead the design for core interaction and visual design patterns for AI in the editor, including AI quick actions and streaming interaction models. Delivered scalable platform solutions adopted across Atlassian products, shaping how users prompt and engage with AI natively on editor surfaces.
Led design for the Developer Console for Atlassian Marketplace partners, building tools that help developers monitor and manage their apps across Atlassian’s ecosystem. Delivered key initiatives including alerting for app performance and operational issues, and defining core metrics for managing Marketplace apps.
My role is to present user-centred design solutions in an agile and fast environment while working on multiple projects at the same time. Conduct user interviews to understand user needs and requirements for existing and new products. Facilitate Usability sessions to validate the design and gather feedback for future iterations. Design high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualise the product for user testing and to communicate the design to developers.
