I am a physician-executive dedicated to the journey from molecule to medicine, transforming scientific potential into clinical reality. Currently, as Global Head of International Patient Safety at Roche, I lead pharmacovigilance and safety risk management efforts across our worldwide affiliates. This role builds on over two decades of industry experience spanning Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Patient Safety. I bring a broad academic background to my work, including an MD, MBA, and MSc in Pharmaceutical Medicine, combined with the discipline of a former officer in the Swiss Army. Beyond my corporate role, I support healthcare innovation as an Expert for the Swiss Innovation Agency Innosuisse. I am also a dedicated musician, playing in the Classical Orchestra Roche and serving as President of the Music Association Roche.
