I love to program and find solutions to problems in my spare time and it is my hope that anything I put out into the world helps make it a slightly better place. Previous cyber security experience with securing software + hardware in healthcare, cloud infrastructure, pathology, financial banking, end-device security, machine learning and networking.

At the Northern Ireland Raspberry Pi jam I have been and still am a mentor teaching children, teenagers and adults of all ages in workshops relating to computing and electronic areas of interest. Notable workshops I have written and teach on a monthly basis include: A WEP WiFi Cracking workshop using Pi hardware where attendees attempt to recover the PSK of a WiFi router using an aircrack suite on a custom raspberry pi image I've created. A BBC micro-bit bit-bot workshop which introduces the fudamental concepts of robotical programming as well as conditional decision making using onboard sensors which is an excellent primer for sequence, selection and iteration programming. An upcoming Google AIY workshop where attendees learn how to program their very own AI assistant for which I designed and built a client server framework allowing for API access to a voice interpreter, I also teach various general making and hacking workshops during each jam. I've also, as part of the Ni Raspberry Pi Jam volunteered at additional events such as the First Lego league, Pi-Wars and W5 Late I've loved every moment of mentoring and I have really learnt so much about myself as well as enhancing my personal communication and teaching skills.
As part of the Kainos Earn as You Learn scheme I am gaining fantastic experience and training within the industry as part of Kainos as well as studying towards a PT Computing Systems degree (BSC)
