Expanding on my groundbreaking research on the role of acquirer and target company leadership in M&As, I will be working with the Conference Board to further this research. We will look at development of case studies, approaches to leverage leadership and understanding Conference Board members perspectives on the topic of leadership in M&As. This work will culminate in a new research report for Conference Board members that shares these insights and approaches to how to leverage individual and collective leadership strengths, while mitigating leadership risks in M&A deal success.
