I have had end-to-end ownership in delivering quality data tools like amfori Insights, the Client Query Database (at Euroclear FundSettle) and have initiated process improvements that increased efficiency, reduced waste and applied Agile/Lean best practices. These have been recognized as highly valuable by users, both internal and external customers, team managers and endorsed by Business Executives.
The amfori Sustainability platform is amfori's custom built SaaS solution to enable its 100,000 users worldwide to connect, share and monitor the ESG performance of global production facilities. With over 40,000 annual reports being uploaded and shared, around 4000 daily users, this tool is a global driver to improve sustainability in business. I am responsible to manage the strategy, vision, roadmap and UX of the Sustainability platform. Ensuring a good stakeholder & IT provider management is key in this. Achievements: Process Improvement (have clear development steps and practices that include user centric design), Cost Reduction (Through efficiency gains & granting sub-activities to other providers), Quality Improvement (have a strong quality control & improvement structure), Bringing UX Improvements to different parts of our platform
Continuation of the previous Product Owner Business Intelligence role, but now restructured to the new organisation of amfori where Environmental, Social and Governance Products are put central together with the Digital Products. amfori Insights is the digital tool that I deliver to our members, staff and partners. Responsible for the development of the Business Intelligence platform called Insights. This product provides key visuals and data reports to verify overall supply chain performance in terms of social compliance and environment. I work with the BI tools Google Looker and Big Query together with an external and internal development team. I lead the launch of an AI driven quality dashboard that increased quality control and reduced significantly the manual analytics that was being done up to that point.
Monthly gathering of starting entrepreneurs. Sharing best practices (eg. use of software or on how to gather funding and support). Also the group members support the other start-ups on an occasional and voluntary basis. The group facilitates an exchange of skills.
Reforestum aims to help the planet by restoring its original forests. We offer carbon offsetting services through reforestation to a world wide community of members. Advising Reforestum on its grant application (EU funding) proposal.
Euroclear is a financial services company that specialises in the settlement of securities transactions as well as the safekeeping and asset servicing of these securities. I focused on trades (buy, sell, switch) in hedge funds and its specific processing requirements coming in on the FundSettle platform. PROJECT LEADER: Project leader and project initiator Client Query Database (CQD) creation: analysing and storing valuable data in order to increase customer satisfaction as well as decrease query response time (efficiency gain). I led 4 staff members on this project. Ultimate goal of the project is a 3.3 headcount saving. LEAN Responsibilities / Other Projects: - Responsible for key departmental projects such as setting up and managing the intraweb page (annual basis) and LEAN process improvements (continuously). - Project expert and departmental lead: promoting social media usage and exchange of information within the company via dedicated social platform (called PULSE+) ACHIEVEMENTS: - Creation and launch of the 'intrapreneur' project Client Query Database. High user satisfaction. - Increased client satisfaction through the Alternative Funds service (newly developed) - Developed in-company training material that received excellent user and management feedback - Commercial representative for the department through providing high level client presentations and service reports
