My mission is to enable training providers become more impactful, scalable and profitable. My ventures are: CEO and founder of Inmisceo, a leading technology and community company, enabling training providers to be more impactful, scalable and profitable. Training companies measure their impact and increase collaboration with their customers through Inmisceo SIP. A strategic partnership with aNewSpring makes training interventions more impactful. As co-founder of ARMSA Digital, I contribute to advancing sustainability through innovative platforms like Ecojourni, connecting consultants and training providers with businesses committed to sustainable growth. Chair of The Business of Training Conference. We provide a forum for directors of training companies to learn from experts and network with their peers. By volunteering with the Federation of Small Businesses as Skills Policy Lead for London, I aim to help the business community improve their capabilities and support London based organisations in defining their strategy.

ARMSA Digital is an Edtech business and the creator of https://ecojourni.com, providing sustainability consultants and training providers a channel to businesses who want to improve their level of sustainability.
From 2025 the Associated Learning activities have been transferred into Inmisceo and the Ecojourni service.
RCNi is the publishing company and commercial arm of the Royal College of Nursing. RCNi inspires the nursing team globally. We champion their causes, develop through learning and connect them with other nurses and relevant organisations. RCNi deliver learning, organise jobs fairs, awards, conferences and publish journals that reach a worldwide audience. During my tenure we transformed the business from a print to a digital publisher. My role is to lead the Customer Services, Marketing, Sales and Events teams. Member of the RCNi board.
