I am a passionate IT professional with over 20 years’ experience in Financial Services, IT sector and Pharma industry. I am Prince2, IPMA Certified & have worked in various AGILE (including SAFE) environments. Most recently leading a large team in SalesForce. I have a proven track record in delivering cross-organisational, critical projects to strict deadlines, and have solid experience of building, mentoring & leading teams throughout all stages of a project lifecycle including risk assessment and mitigation. I have gained extensive experience in business analysis, risk & compliance, organizational change management and business transformation. Throughout my career, I have been heavily involved in UAT, systems analysis & system implementation and quality & risk management.
As part of Purtell Consulting, I specialize in Organizational Change Management and Business Readiness. My role is to work as an integrated partner with our clients, understanding the needs, addressing the pain points resulting from the change, and ensuring their projects are successful.
Successfully managed a large variety of Projects over a 5 year Period which included several Data Migration Projects, Customer segmentation ,New Software releases & New Unit Set up's (infrastructure).
