I've been working as a self taught interior designer for the last 41 years. 31 of those years I've been working as the Sr. Designer at Rubin's Furniture here in Madison Wisconsin. My career at Rubin's has allowed me to work with clients from Europe to both east coast an west coast here in the United States. I've worked on Villa's from St. Thomas to St. Tropie'. In my study of Interior Design, I've discovered it's wonderful learning about my clients needs an wants in the needs of the lives they live. From the small townhouse to the weekend condo, to the 20,000 estate in the country side. Everyone has a budget, but everyone enjoys the Wow! I find the projects are the Wow after I've worked in matching the personalities of my clients with the personalities of their homes! I've gone back to projects that I've done 20 years ago, an the clients still enjoy the look. But just want to do something different. I do what I love, it's never a job for me!
