Quality Systems & Documentation Analyst for IATF 16949 and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 along with the internal and external audit requirements. Currently implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 at the Test Center. TimeLine to be completed by end of first quarter 2025 with certification granted by end of third quarter 2025.
Provide leadership and support for developing and maintaining the management system for ISO 17025 compliance, IATF 16949 compliance; Implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 at test center; deploying environmental, health and safety compliance and governance for the site while working with a cross functional team to obtain these goals.
Support global team with meeting IATF 16949 requirements and auditing of sites. Quality team for ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for two labs in Michigan along with environmental regulation for the labs.
Provide administrative support for Chief Technology Officer, Director Global Product & Application Engineering Director, Lab Manager and staff. Organized conferences, webex, meetings, prioritized assignments along with extensive international and domestic travel arrangements for senior staff. Process detailed expense reports, issues purchase orders and processes invoices for payment. .
Responsible for providing business process leadership and execution in order to meet the compliance needs of the technology sites in Auburn Hills, Caro and the Corporate Headquarters. This role has three main technical business process leadership responsibilities: Technical Center Quality Systems, ISO/IEC 17025, Health, Safety and Environment compliance and facility administration support.
In 2009, coordinated the implementation of OHSAS 18001. Received certification with zero non-conformances. Responsible for monthly safety meetings, TS meetings, safety audits, building audits and ensuring compliance with environmental requirements. Maintains documentation, coordination and actively participates in audits for TS 16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Monthly report out on Environmental, Health and Safety metrics to Senior Site Management. Received GKN 2009 Innovation Award for “Integrating Risk Assessment into Continuous Improvement Strategy” under Sustainable Development in Safety.
