I am a recent graduate student at University of Massachusetts Boston, studying Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Business Analytics. Throughout my academic career, I was consistently praised as hard-working and quick-learning by my professors and peers. While working on academic and extracurricular projects, I learned and developed skills in terms of various data software tool such as MySql, Tableau, R, Microsoft Project, and so on. The followings are what I did with the data software tool: Design & Modeling database of University enroll system Visualize & Analyze Contoso file with Tableau Interpret Linear program through R Implement PLC (Project Life Cycle) of the actual project in the real firm.
• Planned ‘Damoum’ mobile application that provide the integrated payment solution to the customer. • Analyzed critical mobile application performance indicators such as acquisition route, retention, active users, and so on. • Doubled the number of new subscribers(users) to ‘Damoum’ through promotion at the level of customer price of 4$ per subscriber. • Planned a user’s credit rating function based on the mobile payment history in the ‘Damoum’ application.
