I am a Field Manager for Badger Brothers Moving who loves interaction and meeting new people. Being able to help people on a daily basis puts a smile on my face. As a Field Manager, my job is to oversee crews everyday. Duties include leading a move, problem-solving for other moves going on that day, answering calls, and most importantly, being available. My job is to be the example around the office and uplift others to be better. I chose this job, at first, to make money through college. But, it turns out to be something I enjoy. I have been promoted twice since being there and I have learned many lessons along the way. I’m looking to continue to make people happy, and in doing so make myself better as a person. My entire career has consisted of that and I’m hoping to keep the same path.
A friend of mine opened up a landscaping business and added me as an associate. I would go door-to-door to drive in sales for the company, while also doing the work as well.
