Lead and manage the 2000+ global products organization including product management, engineering, UX, and cloud operations.
Responsible for overall portfolio vision, strategy and roadmap for the iPaaS, Data Integration, Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Catalog and Data Privacy product lines as well as the core intelligent metadata driven cloud platform, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
Responsible for product vision, strategy, roadmap and delivery for Informatica's Data Quality, Data Privacy and Data Governance product lines. Managing and leading teams across the US, Ireland, Germany and India.
Built, led and managed a global team of low latency/high performance messaging and electronic trading system experts, dedicated to selling and delivering solutions for hedge funds, exchanges, and investment banks, globally. Worked closely with prospective clients to identify opportunities and define low latency trading solutions resulting in large 7 figure licensing transactions and 200+ production deployments. Post acquisition, successfully integrated the pre-sales team into Informatica's larger pre-sales organization.
Started and developed a sales pipeline for the US west coast and Canadian regions. Secured first Ultra Messaging client in Canada and follow on growth opportunities in the region. Managed technology alliances including NYSE Wombat, Exegy, Mellanox, Solarflare, etc. in support of global sales initiatives.
Identified the first set of high performance use cases for messaging and content routing in financial services, establishing Solace's presence in FSI.
Defined value-added services offerings for tier 1 telecommunications providers leveraging Solace's XML content routing appliance.
